‘MUSAN’ is the latest underwater museum created by artist and sculptor Jason deCaires Taylor. Located in Cyprus, the forest which includes 93 individual pieces has been built to serve as a complex artificial reef that invites the local marine life. These beautiful sculptures draw influence from the interaction between man and nature whilst also expressing the need for us to reconnect with our natural world.
The art installation has been created from pH neutral materials and other natural elements in order to generate a friendly environment for the marine species to explore and is expected to enrich the biodiversity of the area.
